Starting July 11th 2009, (the Saturday After July 4th)
Duration: 6 Saturdays only. Aug 15th will be last Saturday.
Arrival time (in OC): 1pm
Leave OC: 4:30pm
Would need to leave Inland Empire around 10am-due to traffic.

I currently am working for 2 different apartment home communities, managed by the same company, and we are entering a slow leasing season. Decrease in traffic is a huge contribution to my problem. I am currently networking on facebook, twitter and craigslist. I know from experience that a lot of people check craigslist for new homes if their moving. I need to come up with a eye catching tag-line that will stop people in their tracks to check out my post. Both communities are Island themed… Island Club is by the beach, very close to a big naval station, not the nicest area of town but the community is very nice, great affordable rents and awesome specials!! Soleil (“sun” in french) is located is less than a mile from the beach and is in a very nice/upscale part of town however we have great specials, great prices and resort style amenities.
